Shelldove is an artist from the UK. She draws entirely by hand, often creating mixed-media pieces incorporating pen, pencil, paint and elements of collage. She is inspired by nature - particularly invertebrates and plants - art deco, art nouveau, op art, sighthounds, brutalism, space age design and 20th century science fiction. Her work is a reaction against technology, digitalism, hypermodernity and fascism.
